Hise returns to Talladega Short Track for World of Outlaws weekend
Losing Friday's $12,000-to-win opener to rain showers, Jackson Hise joined the newly-rebranded World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) on Saturday for the Alabama Gang 100.
Among a stacked 44-car field, Hise made up two spots in his heat race and started sixth in his last chance showdown. Needing a Top-3 finish to advance to the $50,000-to-win finale, Jackson came up just short and did not transfer.
