Jackson Hise
Hise salvages tough weekend with pair of 10th-place finishes at North Georgia
Jackson Hise was one of 35 Super Late Model entries at North Georgia Speedway (Chatsworth, Ga.) on Friday and Saturday for a two-day swing with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series.
Finishing seventh in his heat, Jackson went to a B-Main and was fighting for a transfer spot when he clipped another competitor and flipped over on his roof. Hise was unhurt and unloaded the backup car to start the main event. Jackson charged forward in the 40-lap opener to finish 10th on the grid.
The following night, Hise was able to start 12th in the $12,000-to-win finale and recorded another Top-10 finish in 10th.
Hise is now seventh in the current series point standings.
