Fourth-place finish for Jackson Hise with Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series at Needmore Speedway

Jackson Hise kicked off his Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series season with a non-points event at Needmore Speedway (Norman Park, Ga.) on Friday afternoon during the scheduled four-race South Georgia Showdown.

Hise finished seventh in his heat race and started towards the back of the field for the $10,000-to-win main event. Jackson stormed through the field in the quick 30-lapper and wound up with a Top-5 in fourth. He trailed Brandon Overton, Cody Overton, and Joseph Joiner while Mark Whitener completed the Top-5.

Saturday's event was cancelled due to high winds and cold weather, the two-day show at Swainsboro (Ga.) Raceway was also lost to potential winter weather.
