Sixth-place finish at newly-reopened Modoc Speedway for Jackson Hise

Jackson Hise made the haul to Modoc (S.C.) Speedway for the Ed Basey Memorial as the track reopened for the upcoming season.

Finishing third in a heat race, Hise started eighth in the $10,004-to-win main event and made up two spots to run just outside the Top-5. Jackson then went over to Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) on Sunday evening for the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series season opener. Hise made the $12,000-to-win main event and placed 18th.
